Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard cards and Spa Finder Gift Certificates. Two forms of ID are required for personal checks. Returned checks are subject to a $20 processing charge.
Appointments
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service and our other clients are not inconvenienced. If you are visiting our spa for the first time we ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes early so that you have time to fill out a short treatment card and will not have any time cut off from your session. To ensure you get an appointment when you want, we recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving the spa.
If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by one of a staff member, please let us know at the time of booking your appointment.
Cancellation
There are times when our clients need to cancel or change their appointment.
A 24-hour cancellation notice on individual services and 48 hours for packages or party of two or more is required to avoid being charged for a scheduled treatment or service. There is a charge for late cancellation equal 20% of the cost of the treatment. No show appointment will be charged full price.
For your comfort
We request that you disclose any medical condition and/or prescription, medications as some services may be contra-indicated.
In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, we sterilize and sanitize equipment for all services and treatments. Our spa is smoke free.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. For safety purposes, please do not bring children in treatment area and do not leave them unsupervised in the waiting area. To ensure that you and those around you enjoy the full benefits of the spa we appreciate you being quiet in a treatment area and keeping your phones off.
